   After checking with the Proper Cooking Authorities in Dalaran, I have found this recipe is not available through the regular means. Does it require reputation as well as the 450 skill?

   Thanks for any help in acquiring this delicacy of fishy goodness!

   By the way Ol Man Barlow gave me a hat yesterday because he saw the sun was beating on my poor little bald gnome head too heavily!

   It will be purchasable with 5 Dalaran Cooking Tokens, which are rewards from the daily cooking quest. Once you have it, it requires 450 Cooking to learn.

   Ah thank you, that explains why, even though I have tried to beat it out of the vendor with a Big Iron Fishing pole, he kept saying "IDK,IDK"

   So I will send my 12 million fish into the mail with a lot of dry ice and wait for the vendor to get his logistical update.

   It will help leveling Cooking, too! Just wasted some awards away... I find cooking more frustrating than fishin' to be honest.

   the desire to cook it will help level cooking, but if it requires 450 just to learn the recipe...
   looks like I'll be wasting a ton more spices trying to get those last 3 levels of cooking.

   I was disappointed when I saw the Fish Feast requirements and benefit provided. 4 spice for that? I hate using Feasts in raids solely because, like elixirs, they go poof when you die.
