I can't seem to be able to fish in SouthShore. Ican't even cast. Is there a reason? I also don't see SouthShore listed in your guide as a place to fish and yet there are a lot of fishing spots there. Theres even a trainer

It should be possible in Hillsbrad Foothills, but not in the Caverns of Time.
