Sickly Looking Fish

Ok, I have a fishing skill of 372 and my Liminologist achievement says that I have never caught a Sickly Looking Fish before. However, I definately know this to be untrue from my noob days of not even knowing what a fishing pool was lol. Does anyone know if it's still possible for me to catch one of these with my skill level? If not, does anyone know if a GM ticket will resolve the issue? I also have a friend who has caught everything but a Sickly Looking Fish with 525 fishing who would like help regarding this. So if anyone has any helpful answers, they'll be greatly appreciated! :)

Sickly Looking Fish is the "undead" (Undercity, Tirisfal Glades, etc) open water catch. Sickly Fish is the junk catch due to insufficient skill. The Liminologist requires the first, not the second.
