Detailed mapping of hard to find areas within the zone is shown below.

Topic: Another great night at Mirkfallon Lake...

I sent my lvl 16 Hunter to Mirkfallon just to see if he could both survive and do well. And boy, did he do well!

In just about 30 minutes of fishing, he caught 10 (!) Watertight Trunks, 4 Stranglekelp, 3 Rumsey Dark Rum and 19 Sagefish. This at fishing lvl 150 with no lures. Talk about beating the odds!

Found the fishing journal (only one) but lots of leather, silk and wool cloth. Most ended up in the AH.

Mirkfallon Lake - Highly Recommended for lowbie fishermen/women.

oh my.. i knew something was missing from my addons.. whats the addon that keeps records of your catches? i used to use Fishing Buddy but they stopped making that?

  3. By Kylkiluut, on 19 February 2008:

It's Fishing Buddy. Not sure what version number; I will check later tonight.

  4. By Kylkiluut, on 21 February 2008:

The version of Fishing Buddy I have loaded is 0.9.3i. Doesn't seem to have any conflicts with other addons I use (Cartographer, Red Range, Hunter's Helper, Enhanced Tool Tip).
