I'll be sure to check out the water in the rest of the instance as soon as I possibly can, but for now there's a big shut door behind the deconstructor. Also, I just went back wearing exactly 500 skill and each of the different bait levels; I got a tree branch my first cast with 525 and no junk in a half hour with 550 so it looks like that's the skill you need. Btw, my number of catches in there including this round is 478 not counting junk if you want to add a sample size to the Ulduar page.
