That chance is inherently random, so you might manage hundreds of successful catches at that skill without seeing a get-away. The true test is "can I <em>cast</em> with 351 effective fishing skill". The guide says to do this quest and avoid missing fish you must have 450. Just thought I would update this. I started fishing the same area with a modified skill of 425 and almost all fish got away.</p> <p>Hopefully that helps. If you need to verify this I have screenies.</p> <p>Hellorian </p>
