I haven't noticed any change with the drop rate during Jewel In the sewers, I think it's just a coincidence. A friend of mine, in my guild, has gotten like 4 rats on the same character. Some people are just incredibly lucky while some are terribly unlucky. If you fly West and then get dismounted there is a lake there. Almost nobody hangs out there. There are a few tricks. One is to wait until your faction is attacking so you can take the portal from Dal. It puts Horde at a nice spot in WG with bodies of water just a few steps from the flight path and graveyard.</p> <p>Make sure to get the flight path. That way you can risk death and fly in any time to fish.</p> <p>I have a couple of other out of the way locations in WG where I can fly in and fish. So far, I have never been ganked but eventually Alliance will come looking in all the obscure WG locations for folks fishing.</p> <p>My 74 can easily complete the quest in Scholazar.</p> <p>My 70 with fishing skill about 170 can complete the Dal sewers quest with no problems. I get 4 toons to easily complete that daily fishing quest.
