Have you seen what the insane haste self buff that mages can steal in ZA does to their arcane missiles? I assume it does not, but fishing historically has a lot of quirks like this. Testing either needs a lot of haste gear, or a lot of low server ping test data. A fraction of a second advantage, on an inherently random process, will be difficult to prove.
