The trick was the same as Crafty. I had the quest for the Baby Crocolisk (sp?). It will eventually send you to Orgimmar on a diplomatic mission. The quest giver opens a portal to orgimmar for you. when you get there there are no players, just guards and they don't come after you. You are supposed to complete the quest and take the portal back. Just don't. every time you go to orgimmar it will be like you are trying to finish the quest. You can leave and come back though normal means just don't use the portal, fish till you get Old Crafty, then use the portal. If this is combined with the crockolisk glitch it should be super easy. I was able to run into Ironforge with only 1 death along the way. Nekkid run = no durability loss but long run from gy. The first hour went without trouble as most players were away exploring WotLK expansion.</p> <p>Over 150 fish caught no ironjaw yet. I quietly logged out when a few 50's allies started gathering looking at me. Being PVP server, I didn't wan to find out if they called in a high level ally. (from memory the coords are (50.4, 47.9 or 50.4, 49.7)<br /> basically when you swim underneath the wheel, you get stuck. thats how you know your at the ledge. now simply jump up on is as ghost, and come back to live.</p> <p>You need to set your camera distance to max. I came home from work yesterday morning (night shift zzz) and decided to get the Fishing Diplomat achievement while there was nobody online. I simply bought a couple of Invisibility Potions from the Auction House, rode up to the Stormwind gate and popped the potion a good 20-30 yards from the guards. Then I just walked down the ramp to the left, cast and voila, done. I did not see him the first time until cast #1235, and having developed a comfortable pattern, I failed to click "OK" on the Bind on Pickup notification. After blowing off some steam, I sat back down the next day and caught the slippery scaleback 366 casts later. I averaged 200 casts an hour with autoloot turned on. </p>
