It is distinguishable because it has the faint circle around it, like the chools of fish. where normal debris(I've seen it too) does not have the outlined perfect circle. To me, this is the distinguishing charachteristic. These are indeed quest-related, and do not yield any special fish.</p> <p>Curiously, when I first went out to check (El did that quest some time ago), the debris initially displayed the title "Shipwreck Debris". Then I logged off and back on (I'd forgotten the Elixir of Water Walking), and the mouse-over title did not display. They had a plank of wood sticking out of them. I'm going to try and get back to them, but I noticed I couldn't find it in a regular search of the site.</p> <p>Anyone else seen or fished out of these? </p>
