It's called SickOfClickingDailies. One can set it to filter to auto-accept and auto-return all or specific dailies. I set it to only auto-accept the cocolisk quest. It's a very minor time saver but it make the Shattrath -> Quest-giver -> Either heart back or -> Stormwind -> Fish -> Heart -> Shattrath a nice easy routine to quickly do every day before logging out. But yes, this will be much harder come Cata thanks to the portals disappearing. I'm not 100% sure though, as I did have 648 fishing. I had no idea how hard it was to get, so I was really lucky to get it the second cast!
