The option for windowed mode is a checkbox in the same screen that adjusts your resolution (one of the panes under video options). Then turn off music and ambient sounds.</p> <p>Now, once you get settled in to fish, simply cast and immediately move your cursor over the bobber (but don't click it yet, obviously). Then you can switch windows and do something else until you hear the bobber splash, then switch back and quickly click to fish up whatever you've caught. Part of the "bot breaking" aspect of fishing is the need to click in a specific location at a specific time. If you take the "specific location" aspect out of it, you're removing half the bot protection.</p> <p>And the timing aspect wouldn't be hard to "bot." All that's required is a script that listens for the "splash." Sure, some locations splash at random. And it wouldn't be possible to do this if someone else is fishing nearby. However, in the vast majority of locations when you're fishing alone the splash happens only when you've hooked a fish.
