I've only been doing dailies for a couple of weeks so I don't know if I was just lucky or if this is a moderately common drop. I'm trying to decide if I should sell it (looks like they go for 150-200g on my server, which is comparable to the price for Solid Empyrean Sapphire) prior to WotLK coming out, or save it for later use. I don't raid (no time) so truthfully I don't really *need* the item (but more stamina is always good). </p>
