I gave it a try and failed miserably. I had maybe 2/3 the fish needed by the time it was over. I didn't go expecting to win. I was curious i it was possible, and, for me, it isn't. I did get the eternium test line, which I put on my kal'uak pole. I got the hat recently from the daily, so I think I'm done getting fishing gear. +40 will have to do. it's really not worth an average of like 10 hours to get +5 and there's just no way I'd ever win on my server.
