A new minor "glyph of blurred speed" gives rogues water walking while sprint is active. With various items, glyphs, and talents, you can get a rogue with a 1 minute sprint cooldown, 18 second sprint, and 3 minute Preparation cooldown, so my rogue could run 36 seconds at 170% speed with water walking. </p>
