On my server there was almost same activity as in the past and there was extra activity after the contest has ended. For 1-2 weeks players focus on the new patch content, and are more likely to ignore old content.</p> <p>For example, I see this with the number of visitors to El's Anglin': Patch 3.1 had a lot of new fishing content, and for a week after the patch the number of visitors almost doubled. Patch 3.2 has no major fishing content, and the number of visitors has dropped by about a quarter.
