It seems odd to me that Blizzard would go to the trouble of adding in new grey vendor trash rewards but I just got one that's not even listed on Wowhead. It's called "Blank Slate", is grey quality, has the same icon as <a href="http://www.wowhead.com/?item=12404">Dense Sharpening Stone</a>, and vendors for 4s99c. </p>
