Anyone can come, you can roll a lowbie alt of yourself and whisper Noor or Rococo (Alliance) on Maiev to get a guild invite, which will let you get 1G from the guild bank so you can do the Lunar Festival quest that gets you to Moonglade for the party. If you are coming as Horde, please leave a message on my blog at <a href="http://pacifistundeadpriest.blogspot.com">pacifistundeadpriest.blogspot.com</a> and my Horde alt Reinisch (on a borrowed account, since Maiev is a PvP server) can mail you some money for the quest.
