I personally think if you have won twice on a toon you should stop with that toon so others can get thier titles. When I was just fishing for the rares I would wait 20 mins or so to start fishing. </p> <p>But the times are getting faster, I agree mostly it was done in 20-22 mins now it is done in about 17-20 mins. I haven't done it in a while, but I rarely remember seeing it end in less than 18-20 minutes. 22 minutes even wasn't that uncommon. I don't remember what my winning times were.
