Generally once I start fishing the pools it drops in the first 10-15 crates. On my latest character, who was only skill level 92, I got it on the first cast in my first pool (in the Wetlands). Talk about being lucky!! I still had to level up 8 points to use it. </p> <p>It was a Oily Blackmouth pool BTW, which dispels the myth that it only drops from floating wreckage pools. </p>
