[Fishing] 4 crocs on 1 character?

    I do the croc quest every day it comes up, and I still have only one.

    I got two the first two times the daily was available after the patch that first introduced them. Haven't caught another one since =)

    I've only ever got 2 crocs from the daily fishing, and the second was sadly a duplicate. So I only have Snarly.

    I've got three of them. I did the Crocks in the City quest today hoping to get the 4th but no luck today. If I remember right I got 2 or three of them on consecutive Crocks quests a while back. I was actually thinking that it had been changed to give one each time lol.

    I have leveled to 75 and maxed fishing in Lich, but I still like to pop back and do the daily fishing to get one of the interesting rewards (and the elixirs of water walking which now on my realm are very rare at the AH.)

    Same here friend.....i still do the fishing daily in Shat for the elixirs because they are just to valuable.
    Also i still need The 2 Ring and 3 crock pets....i only have snarly.....

I almost died when that dropped. Dignity went out the window and I made noises like a piggy. Anyways... In the time that I had done the daily, I received....

    3x +15 stamina gems (worthless to me)
    1x +3 fishing line (worthess if you have the contest one)
    Millions of fishing hooks and water walking potions.
    3x Cuff Links (ugh)
    2x Monacle (cry)
    and 4 bucket pets. All of them.
    Everything BUT the doggone hat. Until today... Piggy noises.

    Yepper. I do have 4 bucket pets on one toon.

    I'm convinced that my server detests crocolisks in the city as I've done the daily every day and have only done the Croc quest twice :( Someday, a croc will be mine.

    Still only 2 crocs, after doing it every day (minus maybe 3 days here and there). And still no hat :( But plenty of worthless +STA gems and Lures! Grrr....

    Now that the quest is "old content" I wish they'd go back and up the drop rate on this stuff. It's kind of annoying getting nothing but crap like shark teeth and scrap metal almost every day.

    I'm an avid pet collector and it makes me so sad that I have not yet caught any of the crocs. I've done the fishing daily's nearly everyday since they came out. Also have never gotten the rum recipe that I need for my cooking title. Now I have gotten the hat about 5 times, the monicle twice, and I've gotten 3 of the 15 stam gems so I guess I can't complain too much....but give me a CROC!!

    I have been doing the dailies every single day since the end of September (I missed three days while leveling in Northrend) and out of any rare drops I've only gotten the 15 stam gem once and 3 truesilver lines. I really want a croc because I am a nerdy pet collector. And I wouldn't say no to a hat, although I have about 200 lures stashed away in the bank so it's not a huge deal. I'd say I've done the crocs quest around 15-20 times.

    Edit: just got Snarly's bucket today. Very cute.

    I got one of them right at the beginning along with the recipe. The hat took a little while, but wasn't too bad. The other three crocs, however, have been a royal pain! I stopped the fishing dailies when WOTLK came out, but before that I was doing almost all of the croc quests to no avail...

    Now I'm 80, I'll try and get back to them. Does anyone know if there's any other way to know if today is a croc quest day without porting to Shatt? Maybe some website updates the daily Q's (hopefully)???

    I've only caught 2 of them, and that was on my fishing/cooking alt (before I took them up w/ my main char.) So, my alt has 2, and my poor mage is still looking for a bucket.

    I was wishing there was a way to know the daily without having to go to Shatt, but the dailies are different on every server... so whatever daily fishing you have on your server today doesn't mean I'll have the same one, so if a site out there exists they'd have to be able to show for every server. They're all random every day across all servers. I just sit an alt in Shatt and log onto her to see what the daily is... even though I still go out and do it every day anyway because I'd still like the line to attach to my Kalu'ak pole (got the hat and recipe already) and because I am convinced perseverance is the only way I'll ever get a croc pet. I've been doing the daily every day for longer than I can remember and not one single croc pet yet. ARGH!

    I'd also like to mention that I've also never gotten the Delicious Chocolate Cake recipe from the cooking daily. I go back to Shatt to do the daily fishing and cooking for the chance at Crocs in the City and so I can do the cooking daily. One day I'll finally get the pet and that elusive recipe. I know it is known to drop in the Dalaran cooking daily (which I do everyday, too), but if there's two chances at getting it to drop, then I should do both cooking dailies until I finally get it. SO frustrating.

    I got my first pet a few weeks ago - Chuck. I've also gotten two gems, two fishing lines and two hats (across two characters). Sadly, no rum recipe or more pets. Or the 2-Ring :)

    I just started doing the cooking daily in Stratt - I guess doing the Dalaran one got me motivated. Got the Delicious Chocolate Cake recipe on my first quest. Have since gotten several other recipes.

    My tale is painful. I've been doing the daily as often as possible and have not received a hat or a pet. I've gotten 3 gems, 4 fishing lines, and no ring. All in all I'm very bummed about the rewards from this quest. Here I am, lvl 80, maxed fishing, all the fishing achievements done, won 2 tourneys on my new DK main, and still nothing. :-(

    Only things I'm missing are the 4 crocolisks (yeah, I'll be at it a while), and the 2 ring (like that will ever happen...).

    On a good note though, finally got my chef title yesterday. Oddly enough, doing the dalaran cooking daily AND the Rokk's cooking daily every day, I got both Delicious Chocolate Cake AND Stormchops in the reward bag from the Dalaran cooking daily (not in the same bag, different bags about a month apart).

    So, until I get the 2 ring I'll be doing the fishing daily every day, and until I have all 4 pets I'll be at least checking it every day, and doing every crocs in the city.

    But then, this is on a DK, so I've only been at it a couple months now.
