    "This item is available after completing both the Druids of the Talon quest and the Shadow Warden quest

    The NPC who sells this item and many others is

    Ayla Shadowstorm <Treasures of Elune>

    This item can only be bought after completing the "Filling the moonwell" 125 mark quest.

    It has a cost of 400g"

    I'm not on the PTR, so can somebody go and confirm that its there?

    I need a 2nd fishing chair ;)

    I'd love to see some confirmation - especially a picture of the actual chair in use.

    Unfortunately this isn't as easy as just being on the PTR. It's taken this long to even be reported, because those quests take a long time to complete:

    • You'll need level 85 and Mount Hyjal quests up to the regrowth to get started.
    • There's an introductory sequence, which last about 5 days.
    • Then you get access to the Firelands and the 2 quests mentioned - Druids of the Talon quest and Shadow Warden. Those quests require 150 Marks of the World Tree each.
    • Now the vendor is reported to become visible, but Filling the Moonwell (another 125 marks) is required to actually make the purchase.

    About a dozen marks can be gained each day once in the Firelands, although more dailies open up as the sequences progress. But realistically you're looking at 3-4 weeks of dailies.
