[General] A new addition to the family

    Having gotten the “Crocolisks in the City” quest only once on my server since the patch came out, I was thrilled this morning to finally get it a second time. And to my delight one of my characters, my druid, got one of the baby croc pets. I want Farli, my dwarf with an albino crocolisk hunter’s pet, to get one. But by druid is happy, so I can’t complain. Though Shadowfang is ornery enough to parade his new pet back and fourth in front of Farli, so I may have to separate the two of them when I get home tonight.

    From my experience thus far, the baby croc pets do indeed seem to be tied to that one particular quest.

    The Bag of Fishing Treasures rewards on Wowhead have two different item IDs: Bag of Fishing Treasures from the Crocolisks in the City quest, and Bag of Fishing Treasures from the other quests.

    Of all the recorded data on wowhead, the baby crocs only appear in the former.

    I've added the Baby Crocolisks and The 2 Ring to the profile achievements.

    Profile Achievements is one name for it... I like to think of it as "My Aquarium." :) I don't think my 103 Pound Mightfish would fit in most aquariums, though.

    There are four baby croc pets available each with a slightly different color; Toothy, Snarly, Chuck and Muckbreath.

    While having four pets could possibly up our chances to get a pet in our reward bag, it’s going to wreak more havoc on my bank space. If I were to get all four pets on one character I’d have to keep them all. Its getting to the point that all I’ll have room for in my banks are items that are soul bound. Everything else will have to go in my personal guild banks.

    I have an Alt named 'fishstorage' to store all of my odd-sized fish.

    As El said before, getting these rewards from the fishng quest is like playing the WoW lotto. I can't wait to win!
