[Contests] Am i a lucky Fisher?

    So like today i won the fishing contest in under 18 minutes and got my fishing pole which now means i dont have too enter the fishing contest anymore since i also have the trinket. =P i went out and did a few more casts and i got the keefers angelfish which gives me the lucky fishing hat. STV was buzzing with hate messages to me it has been a really great day so far and im hoping 2 get some epics later in hyjal so ya.... thought id just share this with you people. HAPPY FISHING!!!

    This is what amazes me. I usually congratulate if someone is quicker than me. It's like crying at someone for beating you in fair 1v1 PvP. Oh well... Good luck on getting the boots and the line if you don't have those already!

    The key to the contest is to be determined and quickly find out where the fewest people are. It's not so hard once you get the hang of it, really. Congratulations on getting two victories then. ;)

    As for the rare fish, those are just pure luck. I had 4 Eternium Lines before I got both the hat and the boots. I am currently struggling with getting the hat from the fishing dailies, which will replace the extravaganza one. hopefully, I shall be so lucky before WotLK hits. ;)

    It is really sad how much hate is flung in STV after the event.

    I should know, I was up to my arm pits in hate when I won the event twice in two weeks. :-/

    I just don't get why the little level 19 twinks care so much about winning the competition... it isn't like it effects their chances for the twink armor.

    I'm having a seriously hard time seeing why twinks should want to win anyways.
    They can fish for the itemfish, but they can't use the fishing pole anways :p
