[Fishing] Another Turtle Question!!! Character lvl req?

    Ok...so i wanted to confirm with someone on here that i can indeed catch it if i'm lvl 16.

    so far...

    Fishing skill is capped (Fishing at 547 with bonuses) and am fishing in the Frozen Sea. :)

    Fish caught: 3542

    Fish & other:7774

    There seems to be no lower limit to catch it, but this isn't known for sure. You need 75 riding (min level 30) to use it. The lowest known here is, I think, Ishh, a 39 twink rogue.

    I hope there is no limit. I'm level 10 at 466 fishing skill. Caught 2000 fish in The Frozen Sea been fishing for 8hrs over about 3 days (still enjoying it). I just hope i haven't missed it...sometimes i click my bobber and nothing opens up or it flashes items but doesn't register in the log. I;m using fishingbuddy to quickly cast...dont think that would affect it.

    No guarantee, but my rogue Noor was able to fish up Strange Engine Parts, which is a rare level 55 quest item, quite a few levels below 55, so my bet would be that you can get the turtle below 30.

    Just to update this thread, Mokmok caught his turtle at level 10, so there is almost certainly no level requirement just to catch it.

    Was something that had crossed my mind, have been fishing for the little blighter since patch day & still have not had the pleasure of getting him.
