[General] Chef's hat! Blizzard reads my mind!

    Many of you fishermen are also chefs, so you might be delighted to know that Blizzard read my mind and implemented a Chef's Hat in the latest PTR build!

    A couple of months ago, when i first got my chef title, i thought it would be a cool idea if Chef and Salty titles also came with some kind of aesthetic item, and suggested the Chef's hat!

    Lo and behold, here it is in all it's glory!

    Downside is it costs 100 cooking awards, i guess my raids will have to go without fish feasts for a few months :P

    Start saving now!!!! I can just picture sitting on my turtle wearing my chef's hat on the dalaran bank steps :P

    The bad thing is I only have 13 awards as of today (didn't do the daily yet) and I wasted 40+ awards on these 400+ spices...

    That absolutely Rocks! Lately, if I've had any reason to link my cooking, (rare), I've taken to adding the "Chef de Cuisine" link, because it's still a lot more unusual than just the Chef title.

    I've got 145 spices banked, and 67 awards right now, so I'm fairly close to being able to buy the hat. I'm still waiting patiently for the RNG to show me a little love in the STV tournament, which will complete "Salty", but until then, this hat is my next goal.

    Unconfirmed rumors say that this hat also has a very small chance to drop from the Small Spice Bag also rewarded from the cooking dailies!

    However, if this is not true, lets do some math, cause everyone loves math!

    Lets say you do the cooking daily every day. Let's also say the Mustard Dogs! daily comes up (on average) every 5th day, giving you two awards instead of one. According to wow head, the small spice bag also has ~ 20% drop rate of another cooking award. That means, in 10 days, you should get 14 cooking awards.

    Using the science of mathematics, we can say that if you currently have 0 awards, it will take you 72 days of cooking dailies to get this hat! Of course, some people may be luckier or unluckier than that, but this is strictly average!

    IMO, they should make it so that you can exchange 10 spices for 1 award - it will reward those who stockpiled spices, as well as driving the price up for those of us who wish to make money :P

    Rather than have it do nothing, they should make it speed up cooking so it channels twice as fast (either that, or have it proc cooking like a potion master to give you more food).
