    Very interesting find. I also found it on the european armory. I did not, however, find it on wowhead, which i believe datamines items from the game. So it's possible that this item is not in game (yet).

    Previous topics... Basically it looks like a test item, that shouldn't have been imported into the armory.

    The fact that it has enough +fishing to get you thorugh the next 5 expansions without having to skill up at all should tell you that this is not goign to happen.
