Haha just got it.. total of 433 fish out of howling ford.. the majority out of pools. I have a strong feeling you are wasting your time with open water. Believe me I have had the worse luck with every single achievement. When I heard of this magical herring I was thrilled I didnt have to go back to get the stupid snapper. Do the pools.
