Hi, is there a way i can have an easy cast and easy lure to fish, instead of clicking the bobber all the time?

No. If you fish without human interaction, you are using a 'bot and are likely to get banned from WoW by Blizzard. Addons like Fishing Buddy have features that reduce the amount of clicking, and can be safely used - but you will still need to click the bobber.

I use FIshing Buddy and like the two-click casting in general - it greatly reduces the amount of mouse movement that is needed. But I still find my hands get tired after 20-30 min. I'm actually thinking of binding casting to a key so I can use my left hand to cast and my right to catch.
