[Fishing] Enchant to make a good fishing cloak?

    The subtlety enchant reduces your threat on mobs you are currently fighting. It does not reduce your aggro radius, so it will have no effect on how far away from mobs you have to be before they aggro you. Your Muck-Covered Drape has this spell effect, which means it also affects threat and not aggro radius.

    As a priest, you could use Mind Soothe on humanoids to reduce your aggro radius. As a druid, you could use Soothe Animal on beasts. I don't believe paladins have any abilities which will help you, so you're stuck either finding good shoreline places to fish that are far away from mobs, or stocking up on Elixirs of Water Walking.

    These have no effect on aggro radius; they only affect your threat on mobs that you are already in combat with.

    The Shrouding Potion is a good idea; this will reduce your aggro radius.
