   I usually try to fish around the Wild Shore on the east coast of the tip of STV, using an Azure Silk Belt to swim faster, as there are a few pool spawn points out around the islands, with little competition. A new minor "glyph of blurred speed" gives rogues water walking while sprint is active. With various items, glyphs, and talents, you can get a rogue with a 1 minute sprint cooldown, 18 second sprint, and 3 minute Preparation cooldown, so my rogue could run 36 seconds at 170% speed with water walking.
