im trying to find a mod that may not exist but if u guys know of anything let me know pls.
what i want is when i cast a lil red or green spot shows up. green if bobber landed in a pool, red if it didnt. it sounds simple yet i couldnt find anything out there allready made. im not sure if its even possible but would make my life so much easier cos i can never tell when my lure lands in the pools or not

That's one of the challenges of fishing, asking yourself all the time "is that close enough to the pool?". I've often wondered if I've missed out on the turtle mount because I recast when I was in that "close" range to the pool. :P
I don't think that is a mod-able thing, but do keep in mind the pools for the fishing tourney are a lot more picky (in my experience, anyways). It seems that all other pools you can just be close to the pool (In that lighter color area on the outside of the circle) and I'll get the fish listed as the pool name. But for the tourney I just made sure every cast I stayed with was with no question inside the pool.
