[Fishing] Fishing pole lure cast time reduced in latest WolK beta

    MMO Champion is reporting a change in the cast time for Fishing pole buffs;

    Fishing

    The casting time of most items (Aquadynamic Fish Attractor, etc ...) applied to your Fishing pole has been lowered from 5 to 2 seconds.

    Not sure if this was in previous builds, but is a nice change and will help speed up fishing a bit.

    That will be nice for fishing in high level zones. Maybe also for twinks doing the tourney. I think the fishing hat from the daily is instant cast though. Another reason to do fishing daily every day.

    In the current beta the Weather-Beaten Fishing Hat is not instant cast - it takes "a few" seconds.

    i also think that other timed tasks have been shortened...my smelting and cooking times have been speeded up aswell...

    I've noticed that my water breathing timer is now ridiculously lengthened, to the point where I can stay underwater for at least a minute instead of the 20 seconds or so that it was originally.

    This has definitely been done. I noticed it almost immediately.

    It needed to happen, in my opinion. It would literally take me 30 minutes to cook less than two bags worth of fish after going on a fishing run for money. That's honestly ridiculous. It wasn't too bad, since I could just set it to cook all and AFK, but it was still a pain.
