[Fishing] Fishing Zul'Gurub !

Say, I've read on the website about fishing Zul'Gurub, and it's probably one of the best spots to get Whitescale Salmon, along with Nightfin Snapper/Sunscale Salmon!

It suits me best because when I put together cooking leveling packages, they're the hardest to get ! I used to go at the very bottom of Scholomance to get them, but Zul'Gurub is just...such a better place!

I'm an herbalist as well, and a roleplayer, so getting Bloodvine as I fish is a big plus to me. I'm collecting them, albeit for no valid reason. That being said, I'd really love to know what the website means by "you can catch other world drop recipes" from fishing!

Stronghold Gauntlets-level, Bottomless Bag-level, or is it closer to the worthless recipes you can get from random level 56 mobs, such as Thorium Helm, etc. ?

    Just curious!

I'm not familiar with drop rates inside Zul Gurub - no matter, the reason for this post is to share another location... no, better to say, highlight information that I learned from El's information here :-)

Lake Jaedenir in Feralas, water walking potions/spell, and one has access to good drop rates on Whitescale Salmon etc as well.

It's also a rather pretty spot - just be sure to stand so one doesn't aggro the dragons that are on the island :-)

Actually if you go on youtube and use the video to get to back entrance of Zul'gurub you can fish and hang out in Zul'gurub and it has no enemies in it! and by the way what level will i stop catching junk here?

This is interesting to me.... I just recently soloed the Zul'Gurub fishing accomplishment. I wonder if the Mudsunk Lure works in this no-mobs, not-instanced copy.

Most likely it will not work unless you're actually in an instanced copy with mobs...but still intriguing .... I might have to try this tonight to confirm...
