[Fishing] Glassfin Minnow and the Elixer of Water Walking

1. Schrodinger <Salty>, 10 months ago:

   New change on PTR. 2X Glassfin can now be turned to Etheral Oil (which makes you translucent).

   3x these creates one Elixer of Water Walking.

   So no more doing dailies just for the elixers. They can now be created, and Glassfin has a use.

   Thanks. Do you have an in-game confirmation that Elixir of Water Walking can actually be discovered? Everything I've seen so far is data-mined or based on patch notes (which sadly is not confirmation). Ethereal Oil can be seen in-game.
