In the list of Dalaran fishing rewards, the Glow Worm is only marked as a +100 lure (same as aquadynamic fish attractor), but the main benefit is that it lasts for 1 hour instead of 10 minutes like other lures.
The Battered Jungle Hat is describes as the same as the Weather-Beaten Fishing Hat, but that's only the geometry, not the texture. The fishing hat is brown, the jungle hat is black with zhevra trim (i.e. a "pimp hat")
