Anyone gotten him there since the patch? Over 3.5k casts from the hiding spot by the forge, and still no Ironjaw. I'd try in the Forlorn Cavern, but it's chock full of Alliance anglers all day and night, and I never get more than 20 casts before I'm exploded.

Yes he's still in the lava as of 3.0.3
I just caught him today (11-12-2008 5:00am) after a few days fishing and a total of 2601 casts. Don't give up you'll get him eventually, sorry to hear you're at 3.5k already though.
