I just heard that blizz is looking in to fixing the meta achievement for the salty title. Seems they are looking in to the problems with the Extravaganza as a part of the achievement. But I was wondering if any one here has heard about this or if it is just a empty lie.
An for those people who have won the tourny my hat is off to you they need to make it a feat of strenght with a very nice reward.
I would be very sad if they did this, the turny was the hardest part for me

1) limited to 1 person per week (per realm). Of course, some people like this part...
2) since the contest is at a fixed day & time, some players literally cannot be on line due to ongoing real-world commitments like job, etc.
If they DO remove the STV contest from 'Salty', they ought to add a new title just for winning the contest.

I have not heard of any changes. The current 3.2 PTR makes no changes.
I hope they don't remove it. I worked my ass off for my Salty. Unless they make the title extended for people who've won the tournament. Like if you have Salty, and the Tournament, you'd be Victorious Salty. Or preferably something much less stupid.

lol, Well said, I agree. But then people will start complaining that they want that "Victorious Salty" without winning the Tourney.

Hey all,
Ive been away from the game for a bit but i came back for the turtle mount.I just had to chime in to and my point is for the fun of this discussion and not to start an argument.I busted my but for the Salty title.Going out of your way to make time to fish in the tourney on Sunday is all about the fishing in my opinion.I don't fish in real life but i know a few people who do and will do anything short of selling their mothers souls to fish on a sunny Sunday afternoon.if you want the salty title you should be willing to do no less...lol.
