My level 44 UD priest (with the glyph to remove the reagent cost from levitate) was able to walk on the sea near the fatigue edge from Vengeance Landing around to the Tuskarr town of Kamagua without dying or even needing to heal. From there I could take the Tuskarr turtles to hook up my flight paths and get the other two Tuskarr south coast towns, giving me a much wider choice in fishing, and not needing to corpse run out of Warsong Hold.
Alliance has it even easier, as you can get from either start zone town to the zone's Tuskarr town with little danger.
