[Contests] Lowest level to win fishing tournament?

    By some random bit of luck I managed to win the fishing contest today, on my 19 twink. (Picked the trinket)

    Being a fishing lover this sparked a question from me: Who holds the record for the lowest level master angler?

    My husband was also a lvl 19 twink when he won the Tournament, I think it was his third or fourth try when he won.
