[Fishing] MoP Beta - Is it still possible to learn "Find Fish"?

    I am starting to wonder if it is still possible to learn the ability to "Find Fish" in MoP after you have learned it on one character.

    The problem is that the achievement "Fish leave no Footprints" shows up for all your characters, even if they have not learned to "Find Fish" yet. And I suspect that the presence of that achievement prevents my other characters from ever receiving the "Waterlogged Journal" that teaches the ability.

    I have done a lot of Fishing dailies and fished up many curious crates on one of my characters who doesn't have the Find Fish ability yet, but the Waterlogged Journal hasn't shown up yet. Of course, that could be a simple case of bad luck, but this streak of bad luck lasts long enough to make me suspicious.

    My question to fellow MoP beta fishermen is: did you find a Waterlogged Journal in the beta in a recent build (after achievement sharing was made functional) while any other of your beta characters already knew the Find Fish ability?

    I made a post on Blizzard's european Beta Bug reports forum about this ( http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/4940477428 ), but there has been no response from fellow players there yet.

    I'll try and test this out later. It certainly *was* possible to learn Find Fish on beta, but I've not checked for a few months. The Journal triggers the ability, not the achievement directly, so I'm doubtful that having the achievement will prevent the Journal from appearing: All of the Find Fish code was written before achievements even existed.

    I just pulled a Weather-Beaten Journal out of a Heavy Supply Crate from Zangarmarsh. That's on a pre-made character who has the achievement by virtue of other characters on the account, but who had not fished prior to today.

    Great to know - Thanks for the testing! So it seems I was just unlucky then. I'll try some more and report if I find any. The character I was trying on is also a premade ("Template character").

    Edit: After a bit more fishing (4 more Heavy Supply Crates) I finally got the journal
