    Well, the first Mr. Pinchy took 5 days of fishing 5 hours each day, my results where:
    Mr. Pinchy 1: Gift, Blessing, Gift

    After that I went back to fish again, where there was an Alliance fishing as well, pissed off that I didn't get the pet I decided to kill her, then fish in the pond she was fishing in. The first catch I made was Mr. Pinchy. I guess karma doesn't work all the time :)

    So the results for that were:
    Mr. Pinchy 2: Gift, Pet, Gift

    Finally got Salty :)

    Just got pinchy a few minutes ago! First wish = pet :)

    It took a lot of fishing to get this one! I spent about 3 weeks total, fishing 2-4 days per week for 1-3 hours per session. I have a lot of furious crawdads to sell now :)

    Advice given on how to catch him in here is 100% dead on, it just takes a while!

    This was also the last acheivement for Salty, for me. Anybody looking to get the title should start early on Pinchy, as he took the longest for me. This was harder than the STV contest!

    It took alot of fishing to catch Mr Pinchy #1, but as I maxed out my fishing with the Master Craft Pole, Hat, Fishing Enchant on Gloves, Fishing Lure, I find that when i cast into a Mixed Highland School now, I generally catch a Mr. Pinchy on the third or fourth cast.

    1st Pinchy - no pet, cant remember the order of the other wishes, but was a blessing, benevolent and the furious iirc.

    2nd Pinchy - furious, blessing, benevolent

    Honestly, I'm getting a bit disheartened with trying to get the pet. I know it's supposed to be a rare catch and the chance of getting the pet is just down to luck, but I don't even get excited when I catch a Mr. Pinchy any more. Oh well...

    Got mrPinchy 2 days ago. Had to throw some inventory out to put him away and I made my wish. I got the cant place that item in inventory message as I realized I had no free space. Dont know what the result would have been but just an hour ago I used my second wish and got my magical crawdad pet.

    I've been working on fishing/cooking achievements and so I'd fish all teh pools anytime I was in Outlands.

    Probably 1 week total time 1/day fishing the pools.

    Mr. Pinchy #1: I made 2 rounds of the 15 fishing spots one night, with 45 minutes of questing between circuits to allow for respawn timers. It was around 3am, so I didn't have any competition. I caught Mr Pinch at the very end of the 2nd round.

    Mr. Pinchy #2: I made 1 round of the 15 fishing spots around 7am, then returned 30 minutes later to try again. Caught him on my 2nd cast of the 2nd lake (4th node).

    Well, I used the last wish of my 6th Mr. Pinchy and behold...another Mr. Pinchy's Gift.

    Thankfully, I caught another one this morning, so the cycle starts again. Am I cursed to never get my Magical Crawdad Box? /cry

    *I also use the epic fishing pole from the kalu'ak in southern dragonblight...grind for it up to exalted..its worth it! and you can also get Pengu...from the nurtured penguin egg at exalted!

    Been doing a sweep of the pools after each Outland daily. Last night was the first time I actually sat down and continously fished the pools with the intention of getting Mr Pinchy.
    Anyway, I ended up with a Frostweave bag full of Furious Crawdads and god knows how much other stuff.

    Mr Pinchy popped up and much to my delight :

    1st wish - Magical Crawdad
    2nd wish - Benevolent
    3rd wish - Gift (Mana+Health pots)

    Last time I caught Mr Pinchy I failed to get the Crawdad Box and regretted that I stopped trying to catch another while I was awaiting for the cooldowns. So, although I have him and was waiting for the second wish, and as I was stuck in Shatt waiting for my Hearthstone to be ready again, I decided to have another go at catching him. While I was there I got my second wish and got the Crawdad Box! I'm still three achievements away from Salty but, oddly, this is the one that was bothering me the most.
