    only mr. pinchy caught:

    1) benevolent (totally whupped on a basilisk for me, the charming galoot)

    2) furious (totally made me look like a jerk in front of the bank in shatt when i thought i'd show my new buddy off)

    3) pet.

    for the rng paranoid: within that week i also had an epic shield drop and (5 minutes later) the 2 ring.

    total ~ 900 casts in Highland Mixed Schools, got my first Mr. Pinchy after ~ 500 casts, but continue fishing during cooldowns but no more mr Pinchy.

    All pre-wotlk fishing achievements completed now :D

    FINALLY... after around 800 catches I'm guessing I got my Mr. Pinchy. Very happy I proceeded to make my first wish... Another good thing, on my first wish I got the pet :D. Only need the Rare fish until WOTLK now. I will update my wishes as they come.

    First Wish: Pet
    Second Wish: Benevolent Mr. Pinchy
    Third Wish: The 500 hp buff

    I'm really hoping some of your luck will rub off on me,as after fishing for Mr Pinchy since BC came out,I've still never even seen the elusive little 'darling' :(
    On the plus side,I'm swimming in Crawdad for the guildbank/AH.

    Edit:- Finally caught him tonight (11/11/08),and my 1st wish was the magical crawdad box :D
    The grin hasn't worn off yet :D
