Anyone else making 500-1000g per day selling all the new types of fish? Yes, there are a few junk fish but I cant keep most types on the shelf.

Haven't really tried yet on moving into the AH (Proudmoore-US-A), as I figured few were yet raiding, though I plan to shortly.
I'm a bit puzzled as to the recipes we have available, it seems there is no really good recipe using fish for melee DPS (the +90str stat food coming instead from Crocolisk Tails).
As someone who's always used to being able to fish and cook my own "best in slot" stat food (emphasis on the fishing), I've kept top level fishing and cooking on all my toons, so I'm a bit peeved at Blizzard for the lack of choice - though I'm hoping a content patch or hotfix may rectify things.

Lavascale Catfish/Albino Cavefish are my best sellers.
I really fish too much, though. I personally destroy the Sharptooth/Lurkers I get. They just don't sell and take up way too much place.
