[Fishing] New Fisherman with questions

    Greetings!

    My wife and I just recently started playing WoW for the first time. We are now around L55 (she's a Warrior and I'm a Priest). I've always enjoyed fishing in MMO's, even though it appears that my fishing in this game has only marginal utility to my character. Still, it's relaxing and it has supplied my Alchemy with some needed materials on occasion. Currently I'm somewherre around 380 and working my way up to 450.

    Question: does anyone know if Fishing will have more utility in Cataclysm? I've read that some fish will be required for premium Cooking recipes, so I imagine that will create a nice new market, but is there any more word on this or other examples of how Fishing can be more than just a happy sideline?

    I don't think I've read anymore than you as far as possible utility...there seems to be precious little info on Cata fishing overall really. I am very anxious to find out what might be in possible bags of treaure from the daily though.
