[Fishing] New Lures in-game?

    Flying around in Uldum this evening I spotted an odd brown object. Upon closer inspection, it was a cat-face bobble, appearing to be a new type of lure. No one around me was fishing. I cast a few times to try and "Fish" it up, tried looting it, nothing worked. What is it and will it be available as a future lure? Is it made by someone?

    The yellow duck appears in Gilneas (inside the Fishery during a Worgen phase), but can't be used. That cat bobber in Uldum is more curious, since it is just floating in the middle of the lake.
