I have fished up every possible fish, cheeve, and rare item in game...including 21 Mr Pinchys
And yet...the Salty title has eluded me....until today. On my 61 wish from that stupid crawdad...I've earned my hard earned title...gratz me...I'm quitting wow :)

61 wishes to get Mr. Pinchy would have to be the most rotten string of luck I've heard of in a long, long time.
Needless to say, congratulations on finally getting him - I am sure, after that much effort, he will be something very very special to you!
But - please don't quit WoW (though, I think all here will agree, you ARE allowed to put down the fishing pole for a little while!).
