[General] Rare Items

    Hey all, a truck knocked out my internet a few days ago and i'm on dial up atm ><

    Took is as a sign to level fishing (places where no one else goes are great for my latency :P)

    I used the brilliant guide on this site mostly to level cooking and fishing. I've only stumbled across 2 rare items so far, Mr Pinchy (only used once and got potions ><) and the recipe (which is nice to make and sell to other fisher's on the AH).

    My nets not fixed yet and i was wondering;

    What are all the rare fish/items that can be caught while fishing?

    I know about Old Crafty and Ironjaw, but i can't fish them because my lag gets so bad in those places I DC :P

    Depends what you mean by rare. Many rare fish are valuable, and described in the Valuable Fish chapter. I think the rarest is probably Steelscale Crushfish. Very hard to know, since so few catches are recorded. Some items will simply be rare on your server, because few try and catch them, such as Broken Wine Bottle.
