Not sure if this has been posted about yet, but I just got this quest in my reward bag after doing the Wintergrasp fishing daily.

Since the servers went down before I could turn it in, I can only base my reward on the comments made about the item.
Just figured you'd like to add it to the "rewards" section for the Dal dailies. :D
