Is it possible to sell +25 fishing poles on the Alliance Auction House any way after getting a +20 fishing pole and using my endless supplies of Eternium Lines. EG does the Eternium line make the +20 from Desolace (urgh) BOP?

Nat Pagle's Extreme Angler FC-5000 (+25 pole) is bind on pickup. It is a quest reward, and Katoom the Angler (the quest giver) is in a Horde settlement.
+20 poles can (currently) be sold at auction with the +5 line already applied. Read this.
